In addition to crafting furniture, We also provide custom carpentry. Below are some of the projects we’ve been a part of.

CASA oliva apartments — a historical renovation

Involvement on this project included the following:
Laid and refinished reclaimed old-growth pine flooring (imported from North Carolina). Historical reproduction of original stair design (roughly 80 steps)—including exact newel posts, spindles, and hand rail. The new floor plan now includes 38 units, featuring floor-to-ceiling bead board, 8-inch base board, and craftsman-style window trim. Some units have dormers completely encased in stained bead board (to match the original design). On the facade of the building nearly 150 shutters and 6 louvers were hand made and installed to replicate the originals. Learn more at Casa Oliva’s website.
