The following are one of a kind projects that Ren hand crafted, as well as commissioned work.

BED FRAME - QUEEN

Original design, inspired by classic Mid-century Modern era style. This solid wood bed frame featuring hand-shaped and tapered legs, is built from 20 year-old cherry wood from a Mennonite farm in Tennessee. A modified tung oil finish brings out the flamed and wavy grain structure. Easy disassembly (into 4 pieces) is made possible with Festool (domino) fasteners.

BED FRAME – QUEEN

This hand-distressed bed frame is comprised of solid oak, with a three dimensional cedar headboard, and cocobolo wedges. Its coloring comes from a special sauce: a base of vintage maple dye with a black glaze to bring out the nature-given detail and distressing. There’s no need for screw in fasteners with mortise and wedge tenon joints, as it’s solely held together by pressure! Note: oak center beam (not pictured) accommodates IKEA Sultan full/queen mattress slats, if desired.
